It is serving customers like Mahindra & Mahindra, The Aditya Birla Group, Victory Art Foundation, JSW Group, Indian Hotels Company, Godrej & Boyce and Essel Propack. Its business model is a union of professional excellence and a social cause. Sign language is used to communicate with the delivery boys and back office staff and only public transport is used to deliver and pick up packages. Text messaging is liberally made use of to let the staff know pick up location, times etc. The courier services are well established in Mumbai and also delivers to prominent metro cities in India and internationally to many countries. Mirakle Couriers has received the National Award for the Empowerment of People With Disabilities from the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment in 2010, Hellen Keller Award in 2009 and is supported by Echoing Green Fellowship.
