Civis is working to connect people to the Government and vice versa to enable better policies to be framed keeping all stakeholders in the loop. It Read more maintains an online website where draft policies are visible for “public consultation”, any citizen can create a login into the site and participate by sharing relevant feedback and suggestions. Responses can be exchanged between participants and participants can even put up their response for public discussion. It also encourages to add consultations on the website if found by the participant on a Government website. Registered users of Civis have submitted responses and reactions to 221 public consultations. It promotes the belief that every citizen is empowered to shape good and powerful policies which impact the country in a positive way and encourages people to share their voice with the Government.
