It approaches a request for fundraising by an organisation in three steps of learning, practice and schooling. It conducts research and uses Its experience to understand and learn the dynamics of the sector in which the organisation is working in to arrive at a customised fundraising plan. Rigorous data management, analysis, problem solving and planning go into the plan before it is finalised. As a next step, It looks at the complete fundraising effort involved in securing new donors, managing and preserving existing donors. Rootbridge Services ensures that Its personnel are constantly working with the organisation to upgrade technology, communicate and implement the fundraising plan. It trains and equips Its personnel through the Rootbridge School where workshops and a series of training modules related to the non-profit eco-system and fundraising are carefully developed and taught. This training helps the staff to strike meaningful communication with probable donors and citizens at large. It uses technology and digi-facing to connect to new donors and convert them into lifetime donors for the cause through regular online communication.

  • The Root Bridge School Programme

    The Root Bridge School offers academic training to fundraisers, emphasizing the understanding of complex causes and the economics of retail giving. Its curriculum focuses on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), storytelling, immersive learning, and liberal arts. The training includes various methods such as classroom sessions, readings, case studies, documentaries, guest lectures, group discussions, projects, surveys, and exercises. The modules aim to bridge theory and practice, providing fundraisers with the knowledge and skills to address fundraising challenges and find effective solutions for their causes.

  • Digi - Facing Project

    Digi-Facing is a hybrid fundraising channel. It combines human influence with technology to create a remote Retail Fundraising model. Instead of cold-calling, Digi-Facing utilizes different communication channels for prospects to self-schedule appointments. The fundraisers, known as Value Ambassadors, engage in 30-minute video conversations with potential donors, highlighting the impact of their contributions. The focus of the Digi-Facing project is to continuously improve systems, processes, and the conversational skills of the Value Ambassadors. The channel is currently being used for developing, upgrading, and re-activating donors.
