MAG organized a transformative Mental Wellness Program centered around goal setting and achievement. Over a span of three months, the team participated in a holistic program comprising bi-monthly physical sessions, ongoing one-on-one sessions, and virtual connection hours. Through these activities, they collectively cultivated personal development and fostered a positive work environment. The team enthusiastically embraced the program, fostering smiles and laughter while enhancing physical health and overall well-being.

In an educational session held monthly within an office setting, each team and its members present hot topics related to their work, engaging others and updating everyone with new knowledge. The room is filled with attentive colleagues, actively listening and taking notes. One presenter is observed diligently creating Minutes of Meeting (MOM) to encapsulate and preserve the discussed points for future reference, ensuring the retention of valuable information. This initiative promotes a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration among team members, ultimately contributing to a more informed and effective workforce.
