    Women facing HIV often grapple with societal stigma and exclusion, compounded by a lack of rights, limiting educational and employment opportunities. The CC-TATA Project, a collaboration between Blossom and Stop TB, strives to combat discrimination against TB patients, ensuring inclusive, gender-transformative access to health services. Building on its success, CC-TATA II focuses on eradicating TB, linking community responses with national policy. The Transgender Targeted Intervention project creates a safe space, preventing diseases like HIV. Project Artemisia addresses the multifaceted impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly on vulnerable communities. Blossom partnered with Freedom Cups to provide rural Indian women with menstrual cups in November 2019.

The IDEAL for Women & Children (CSR) project focuses on providing economic and cultural empowerment, addressing factors like childcare hindering women's workforce participation through the establishment of a crèche.

To sustainably provide nutritious food, Dayspring Farm spans 6 acres next to Dayspring Home, cultivating onion, eggplants, spinach, gooseberry, guava, and mango, along with livestock. The farm, maintained by the Blossom Farm team, local farmers, and volunteers, not only focuses on healthy food but also educates children on environmentally friendly practices. Using organic mixtures like panchagavya, asola, and geevamirtham, the farm strives to be environmentally conscious.
