Women facing HIV often grapple with societal stigma and exclusion, compounded by a lack of rights, limiting educational and employment opportunities. The CC-TATA Project, a collaboration between Blossom and Stop TB, strives to combat discrimination against TB patients, ensuring inclusive, gender-transformative access to health services. Building on its success, CC-TATA II focuses on eradicating TB, linking community responses with national policy. The Transgender Targeted Intervention project creates a safe space, preventing diseases like HIV. Project Artemisia addresses the multifaceted impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly on vulnerable communities. Blossom partnered with Freedom Cups to provide rural Indian women with menstrual cups in November 2019.

Ensuring the rights of women and girls across all goals is crucial for achieving justice, inclusion, and sustainable economies. In collaboration with an India-based company, Blossom strives to establish two Model Villages in Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu, serving as beacons for women's and children’s empowerment. The initiative aims to equip them with tools, skills, and knowledge, fostering positive changes in their lives and communities. The IDEAL for Women & Children (CSR) project focuses on providing economic and cultural empowerment, addressing factors like childcare hindering women's workforce participation through the establishment of a crèche.

The 350 Climate Change Activity seeks to enhance awareness about climate change, educating individuals on CO2 emissions and methods to decrease carbon footprints. In 2007, a Solid Waste Management Programme was implemented across the Virudhunagar district. Engaging in the Swachh Bharat Clean-Up Campaign involved clearing garbage from Virudhunagar streets, emphasizing sanitation importance. The Rural Female Farmer Producer Company initiative aims to establish a female-led agricultural entity, offering training in sustainable farming and producing fair-trade goods for both local and international markets. Dayspring Organic Farm, adjacent to Dayspring Home, spans 6 acres, managed by dedicated staff handling livestock and crops.

Blossom Trust oversees the management and operations of Dayspring Home, relying on private donations to cover annual operating expenses, totalling around USD 11,500. Ensuring each child's food and expenses costs just $25 per month. To sustainably provide nutritious food, Dayspring Farm spans 6 acres next to Dayspring Home, cultivating onion, eggplants, spinach, gooseberry, guava, and mango, along with livestock. The farm, maintained by the Blossom Farm team, local farmers, and volunteers, not only focuses on healthy food but also educates children on environmentally friendly practices. Using organic mixtures like panchagavya, asola, and geevamirtham, the farm strives to be environmentally conscious.

Envisioning women as the focal point of community development, Blossom facilitates the formation of women-led community-based organisations and networks. Through the establishment of hundreds of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in Virudhunagar district, mutual aid and awareness of shared challenges are heightened. This initiative has led to the inception of community-driven projects, including microfinance groups, the Poomalai Women's Collective, and independent patient networks like Survive Sugar, Rainbow TB Forum, and Paneer Poo HIV Positive Women Network. Each entity, such as the Paneer HIV Positive Women Network LTrust and Rainbow TB Forum, operates as a registered trust advocating for the rights of those affected.
