This programme focuses on developing sports talents in differently-abled people. Its long-term vision includes the generation of awareness on the existence of disability and changing public outlook towards differently-abled people. The programme has produced top differently-abled athletes who have gone ahead and won medals for India in the Rio Paralympics.

This programme aims at a specific age group in developing sportspersons and specifically focuses on sports like tennis, squash, swimming, sailing, and golf. The programme intends to create interest in these sports and encourage more and more youngsters to excel in them leading to the inclusion of diverse sports in the larger scheme.
