In a move towards sustainability, Masina Hospital installed a 44.8 kWp solar rooftop plant in 2017, resulting in a substantial reduction of approximately 2800 units per month in electricity consumption, leading to monthly savings exceeding INR 30,000. The electricity generated from these panels now powers the hospital's Main Building, ICU, and Operation Theatres, showcasing both environmental and economic benefits. Masina Hospital partnered with Sterling & Wilson Pvt Ltd. for the installation of this solar project, further solidifying its commitment to renewable energy and eco-friendly practices.
