Baithak Foundation envisions empowering every human to discover their true potential and lead a life with deep self - society connections. We apply In Read moredian Traditional Music to create a conscious community that champions the highest human potential in all sections of society. Our interventions focus on harnessing the transformational power of traditional Indian music. We work with children of all ages allowing young minds to benefit from our interventions. We engage with Municipal Schools, after-school centres, and NGOs to host concerts, workshops, and listening sessions and devise diverse initiatives to achieve holistic human development. Our initiatives are varied and reach educators, parents and the community at large. We also work in the field of arts and culture specifically to enhance the experience of the common man and also train artists.

Baithak envisions creating a society with equitable music access and learning opportunities for children from the most marginalized communities, believing that music exposure and education are as important as mainstream education.

Since starting as a weekend activity in 2016, Baithak has grown into a music movement operating in Pune, Satara, Sangamner and Solapur.
