STEP Fellowship Programme
The STEP Fellowship offers employability skills to underserved women, aiming to enhance their job prospects. Each Fellow receives a monthly stipend of INR 2000 for six months and engages in online training covering various competencies such as communication, computer literacy, and financial education. The programme, which initially included 10 and 12 girls in its first and second batches respectively, plans to gradually expand to accommodate 20 Fellows per batch. STEP ensures equitable progress assessment and encourages Fellows to manage their stipends responsibly, emphasizing the importance of internet access for online learning and providing budgeting guidance.

Teacher Training Programme
STEP North-East conducts teacher training workshops to address the lack of training among rural teachers, enhancing their ability to deliver quality education.
