NMPC Trust houses several physically challenged residents, particularly those unable to independently meet their basic requirements due to their disabilities. Separated from their original homes, these individuals receive improved medical care at NMPC. The objective is to enable them to lead more independent lives without relying heavily on others. For mentally challenged individuals, the organisation provides training in activities such as bottle art, clay modelling, etc. The care extends to those with physical impairments, visual impairments, hearing loss, and those unable to communicate verbally.

  • Mental illness care

NMPC encounters the challenge of rehabilitating mentally challenged individuals, particularly young ones. It's disheartening to see many young people in such circumstances, wandering the streets, even seeking sustenance from drains. The organisation make concerted efforts to reintegrate them into regular life, providing essential medical care. To date, NMPC has successfully helped around 245 young individuals regain a semblance of normalcy. These individuals now lead regular lives with their families across various parts of the country.

Additionally, various competitions are regularly held, accompanied by prize distributions. The centre conducts hygiene awareness programs, health seminars, and lifestyle disease diagnosis camps. Furthermore, visitors such as school and college students, along with different organizations, present dramas and cultural programs, offering mental stimulation and enjoyment to the members of the NMPC family.
