Issue

Millions of children in tribal and rural areas lack access to quality education, proper nutrition, and basic healthcare. Many drop out due to financial constraints, poor learning resources, and health challenges. Women and children are disproportionately affected, facing malnutrition, preventable illnesses, and limited economic opportunities. Without intervention, these cycles of poverty and inequality continue for generations.


Action

We implement high-impact programs that address critical social challenges. From setting up Offline Digital Classrooms and Toy Libraries in tribal schools to providing daily nutritious meals, AI-based health screenings, and menstrual health awareness, our initiatives focus on holistic community development. We also promote livelihood opportunities through skill development and sustainable income-generation programs for women.

Impact

  • JalBandhan - Water Conservation Initiative

    Jalbandhan is Rushabh Foundation’s water conservation initiative focused on building and renovating check dams in tribal areas to recharge groundwater, ensure year-round water availability, and support agriculture and livelihoods. By preventing water scarcity and soil erosion, this initiative benefits farmers, livestock, and entire communities, creating a sustainable water ecosystem for future generations.

  • AI Based -Preventive Breast cancer screening

    AI-Based Preventive Breast Cancer Screening
    Rushabh Foundation’s AI-Based Preventive Breast Cancer Screening offers a radiation-free, pain-free, and non-invasive method for early detection in women, ensuring timely intervention and higher survival rates. Through advanced AI technology, we conduct screening camps in underserved communities, spreading awareness and breaking taboos around women’s health. So far, 540+ women have been screened, empowering them with knowledge and access to preventive healthcare.

  • AI-Based Diabetic Retinopathy Preventive Screening

    AI-Based Diabetic Retinopathy Preventive Screening
    Rushabh Foundation’s AI-Based Diabetic Retinopathy Screening ensures early detection of vision-threatening complications in diabetic patients, preventing avoidable blindness. Using advanced AI technology, we conduct radiation-free, pain-free screenings in underserved communities, enabling timely diagnosis and treatment referrals. So far, we have screened 2,740+ individuals, empowering them with the awareness and care needed to protect their vision.

  • Nourish The Tribe

    Nourish the Tribe – Morning Nutrition Drive
    Nourish the Tribe is a daily morning nutrition program ensuring 600+ tribal children start their school day with a fresh, home-prepared, high-nutrition meal. Served during assembly time, the meals include fruits, juices, and homemade dry-fruit milkshakes, providing the essential energy and focus needed for learning and play. By combating malnutrition, this initiative has improved school attendance, cognitive development, and overall health, creating a brighter, healthier future for these

  • Vision for Tomorrow

    Vision for Tomorrow – Free Vision Tests & Corrective Eye Surgeries
    Vision for Tomorrow is Rushabh Foundation’s initiative to provide free eye screenings, spectacles, and corrective surgeries for tribal children with vision impairments. Through regular vision camps, we identify refractive errors, squints, and other eye conditions, ensuring timely intervention and treatment. So far, we have screened 2,740+ individuals, provided 500+ free spectacles, and facilitated 20+ corrective eye surgeries, helping children see clearly and thrive in education and daily life.

  • Education for Tribal- Mission Zero School DropOut

    The Rushabh Foundation's Education Project stands as a shining example of a transformative initiative that has made a significant positive impact on the lives of individuals and communities. Organisation have chosen to work in the tribal area where school drop out rate was 82% which is 6-7 times of national average of 12.6%. Tribal area where teacher’s availability is mere 40% in the school with an example of 1 teacher for 736 children (Grade 1- 10) in a school. The project's exceptional outcomes and comprehensive approach make it a benchmark for others. Here are the key implementation:
