Programs

  • Project Shiksha

One of the most important aspects of women's empowerment is education. Also, it contains some of the most egregious instances of prejudice against women. There are twice as many girls as boys among school-age children who do not attend, and there are twice as many women as men among illiterate adults. At Canasu, we provide scholarships for talented female students from underprivileged communities who are single mothers.

  • Project Vridhi

Through enhancing their capacity to effectively manage their own possibilities for a living and enhancing their security, we collaborate with women in the communities to increase their future prosperity. Project Vridhi aims to empower and skill women so they may support themselves and live dignified lives.

Theory of Change

We are a social group that is committed to supporting and aiding women in reaching their goals. By giving them skill sets that can enable them to realise their aspirations and have an impact on their community, we assist them in constructing and nurturing their lives. Also, we put a lot of effort into educating women about adjusting to new opportunities through training and organising exhibitions. Canasu attempts to emancipate women by reaching out to local communities near Bengaluru. We think that through empowering women's inner voices, they can foster a culture of achievers. We must develop their thoughts in order to let them hear their inner voice and move forward with their resolve. Women's inner voices need to be changed in order to produce lasting change that could impact communities.
