With a workforce composed of 95% women, the Foundation is led by skilled and professional women leaders who oversee mission-critical departments. Upon entering the Foundation, survivors embark on a comprehensive 3-year Rehabilitation Programme. This programme guides them through a journey of making safe and informed decisions, acquiring livelihood skills for employment, and providing them with a secure and nurturing home environment. Its vision centres around rehabilitating women survivors of human trafficking and promoting the welfare of marginalized individuals, regardless of religion, caste, or gender. Rehabilitation and restoration form the core focus areas of its efforts. It also strives to empower them to take on leadership roles. Once survivors complete their training programme, the Foundation offers additional assistance and fosters a culture that encourages women to assume equal responsibilities alongside their male colleagues in corporate workplaces. The Foundation provides comprehensive support services, including healthcare, counselling, life skills training, education, vocational training, employment opportunities, and housing.
