The organisation focuses on enabling leaders from diverse backgrounds, including corporate, defence, and Government sectors, to make significant contributions to the social sector. Additionally, ILSS provides tailored capacity-building opportunities for professionals working in the social sector. Acting as a central hub, it fosters network building, facilitating connections and long-lasting relationships among its alumni, professionals, corporations, and domain experts. Moreover, it actively engages in knowledge creation through programmes, research, and expert perspectives, aiming to enhance visibility, access, and informed decision-making within the development sphere of India.
