As special children transition into adulthood, their need for independence and meaningful employment becomes crucial for maintaining their dignity and ensuring their mental and emotional well-being. Recognizing this, the Vocational Training Centre was established specifically for intellectually challenged adults aged 18 and above. Through programs like Spandan, individuals are empowered to become self-reliant and are provided with assistance in securing job placements. This not only allows them to contribute to society but also ensures that they are duly recognized and rewarded for their efforts.
