Guruweshvar Shani Foundation

The organisation recognises the crucial role of education in enhancing individual livelihoods and fostering societal growth. A robust and easily accessible education system serves as a pathway to economic stability, enabling active participation in a nation's prosperity and cultural advancement. Addressing the disparities between rural and urban areas, studies highlight the academic advantages urban students often possess due to better resources and broader access to information, while rural students face challenges with limited opportunities and resources, impacting their academic performance.

The organisation aims to establish a Vrudhashram for the elderly in need, although currently lacking sufficient funds for construction. To support the elderly, the team regularly visits existing facilities, offering essential provisions such as healthy meals, clothing, medicines, books, spiritual motivation, and assistance with medical expenses.

Guruweshvar Shani Foundation hosts regular Indian Cultural Programmes featuring events such as Garba Programmes, Hanuman Chalisa gatherings every Tuesday, Shani Chalisa sessions every Saturday, and Bhojan Prasad Vitran. Participants in these programs receive Appreciation Certificates distributed by the foundation as recognition for their involvement.

Guruweshvar Shani Foundation undertakes temple maintenance efforts by refurbishing a Shani Temple lacking a roof, providing materials through donor support to establish a fibre roof, and ensuring overall maintenance of the Shani Dev temple. Additionally, its team addresses environmental concerns by cleaning the temple surroundings, removing waste and plastic materials, applying dust to the roads, and installing signage advocating against littering in the area.
