Mauli Seva Pratishthan, referred to as "MAULI," operates as a charitable organisation devoted to the welfare of marginalized women and their children. Operating as a registered Non-Profit Organization, MAULI upholds the highest standards of governance and accountability in its operations. It acts as a lifelong care home, not just a temporary refuge, for destitute women who are homeless, mentally or physically unwell, and abandoned by their families. MAULI's mission echoes the love, affection, and nurturing qualities of a mother, striving to provide a sanctuary where these disadvantaged women and their children find not only shelter but also the warmth of continuous care and support.

MSP's mission is to identify and provide lifelong shelter, treatment and rehabilitation to economically and socially deprived, physically and mentally ill destitute women abandoned on Indian roads, enabling them to become self-reliant and enjoy a healthy, dignified life.

MSP has received accreditation from the Mental Health Authority of Maharashtra, obtained ISO 9001-2008 certification, and Dr. Rajendra was awarded the International Humanitarian Award 2016 by Rotary International.
