Its vision is to uplift the disadvantaged in society through initiatives in health, education, women empowerment, skill development, and livelihood. TSEWCT's mission is to foster unity and compassion by providing deprived communities with aid, support, and services to kindle the flame of love and affection.

Impact
The Safa Educational Welfare and Charitable Trust has made an impact by engaging over 500 volunteers, conducting more than 7 disaster response operations, diverting over 20,000 tons of waste from landfills, providing educational aid to over 5000 individuals, distributing 30,000+ cooked meals and 15,000+ ration kits, mobilizing funds of over 25 cr, offering medical aid to more than 75,000 individuals, restoring livelihoods for over 5000 people, and positively impacting the lives of more than 10,00,000 individuals.

Education Programme
The organisation works to address various socio-economic vulnerabilities and ensure underprivileged children have access to sustainable learning opportunities. It sensitizes communities about the importance of education and identifies out-of-school children, supporting them with education aids and continuous monitoring. During disasters and pandemics, it provides educational kits to deprived children. Collaboration with stakeholders enhances students' learning, and it focuses on creating a strong community-based system for schools. Additionally, it improves infrastructure to encourage school attendance and offers individual protection support through cash and non-cash assistance. By creating income-generation opportunities for parents in poverty, it aims to improve the overall well-being of children and families.

Healthcare Programme
StateIn the field of healthcare, the organisation addresses the challenges faced by the deprived population with limited access to medical services and awareness about diseases. It conducts mega medical camps, mobile clinics, and diagnostic centres to provide improvised healthcare services. Collaborating with medical professionals, it focuses on case finding, diagnostics, community awareness, and nutritional support. The organisation also offers ambulance and technical support to those in need and provides COVID-19 support. Free medicines are provided for lifestyle diseases based on doctors' prescriptions, and helpline centres are established for coordinated operations. The aim is to enhance the implementation of inclusive healthcare programs in Telangana through strategic investments and improved governance in the health sector.

Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) Programme
In the realm of Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Emergency Response, the organisation swiftly assists communities in times of natural and man-made disasters, ensuring their access to essential needs like clean water, food, and sanitation. It specifically prioritizes vulnerable groups such as women, children, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. Through capacity building, networking, and partnerships with various support providers, the organisation enhances community preparedness for emergencies. During the Hyderabad Floods in 2020, it collaborated with a coalition of organisations to provide humanitarian aid, including food assistance, shelter repair, safe drinking water access, hygiene kits, and COVID-19 risk reduction measures. Its focus is on developing disadvantaged regions and promoting long-term recovery to help communities lead better life with dignity after facing calamities.

Food & Nutrition Programme
The organisation focuses on implementing comprehensive programmes to enhance the nutrition and health status of the population, ensuring food security for all. It works to understand the real situation on the ground through its survey department and advocates evidence-based interventions to improve food and nutrition security for the underprivileged. Through meal distribution in partnership with food partners and hygienic packing and distribution of food packets by volunteers, it reaches out to those in need. Additionally, it provides ration kits containing essential grocery items to marginalized and underprivileged urban slum dwellers, ensuring a month's worth of food for a family of four.

In the area of Women's Empowerment, the organisation focuses on creating an enabling environment for women in India to engage in economic activities and earn a sustainable income, thereby leading to a dignified life. It identifies vulnerable women through its ground survey department, assesses skill gaps and industry demands, and provides suitable skill training and support. By establishing linkages between available skills and market opportunities, it promotes entrepreneurship and provides infrastructure and resources. Additionally, the organisation advocates for women's rights raises awareness on discriminatory practices, and addresses social and cultural barriers in society.
