Through the support of donors and well-wishers, Anandam expanded to its own premises - a spacious 24,000 sqft. complex on 15 grounds of land. The model home now accommodates 105 elders, equipped with modern facilities like dormitories, a kitchen with automated machines, a dining area, a prayer hall, a physiotherapy room, an entertainment room, a library, and a medical ward staffed by doctors, nurses, and attendants.

Educational Assistance Programme
In 2010, an evening tuition centre was initiated at the premises, catering to 7 students for free after-school coaching. Presently, the centre has grown significantly, accommodating 270 students from grades 3-12. With the assistance of dedicated teachers, the students receive high-quality education in well-equipped smart classrooms. The centre collaborates with Government/municipal school teachers to identify deserving students, and through its tutoring, students have demonstrated remarkable academic progress. Furthermore, the centre prepares students for competitive exams like NEET and supports 30-40 students annually in securing college admissions and financial aid. The centre provides essential items such as Diwali dresses, uniforms, and school kits to the students.
