Foundational Literacy and Numeracy

Concentrate on implementing mission-mode, phased school transformation in 30 Government Primary schools over three years, from 2021–2022, to 2023–2024. The programme is being implemented in 30 schools as part of the first-year plan, with plans to increase to 100 schools in the third year. Our main programme, the FLN Programme, is supported by the establishment of Community Libraries and assistance from the government in enhancing school infrastructure.

Our secondary pupils will benefit from a top-down approach to help them pass their board exams. For secondary and senior secondary students, the after-school programme offers specialised tutoring intending to assist them in passing their board test and getting into prestigious colleges.
