    The Satyamev Jayate Farmer Cup, a programme by Paani Foundation, aims to empower farmers for economic prosperity. Key aspects include pooling land, labour, and equipment, where farmer groups engage in joint labour to lower costs. Existing farming best practices are implemented through guidance from agricultural scientists via digital platforms. The programme emphasizes cost reduction at every stage, financial literacy, and record-keeping. It promotes the transition to safe and residue-free produce, encouraging the use of natural pesticides and the cultivation of medicinal plants. Farmers also benefit from joint input purchases, saving thousands of rupees. The Farmer Cup includes a festival of knowledge, with thousands of farmers attending residential training sessions to learn and make a positive impact.

  • Satyamev Jayate Samruddha Gaon Spardha Programme

    The Satyamev Jayate Samruddha Gaon Spardha is a competition initiated by the Paani Foundation to advance the achievements made in the Water Cup and promote the transformation of rural ecology and economy in Maharashtra. With a focus on sustainable water use, agriculture, and environmental revival, the competition started in 2020 and involves nearly 1,000 villages across 40 talukas. Building upon the success of the Satyamev Jayate Water Cup, where thousands of villagers were trained in watershed management and created billions of litres of water storage capacity, the Samruddha Gaon Spardha aims to address the challenges of increasing water usage and the impact of climate change. It emphasizes community decision-making for water management, soil and water conservation, budgeting, soil health restoration, tree planting, and income generation for every family.

  • Satyamev Jayate Water Cup Programme

    The Satyamev Jayate Water Cup, an annual competition by Paani Foundation from 2016-2019, united Maharashtra villages in soil and water management. Through training, villages built structures, raised funds, and conducted soil testing. Voluntary labour played a key role. It empowered communities, broke reliance on the Government, and led to water abundance. Winning villages received cash prizes. The Cup fostered political unity, challenged patriarchal norms, promoted religious harmony, and inspired personal transformations.
