HopeWorks Foundation is a social impact sector organization that was founded in March 2020. It works with female children from underprivileged village Read mores in India, ages 6 to 21, to help them develop emotional strength, a well-rounded education, meaningful employment, and an entrepreneurial spirit. To have a positive impact on one million girls over the next five years, we start at the bottom, in their schools and colleges, by helping them develop the skills they need and changing their perspective to envision a future in which they and their families will live better lives.

Programs

  • I-Grow for Education

This program, which is aimed at female youngsters between the ages of 13 and 18, aims to assist them in escaping the gender stereotypes that are imposed on them by their surroundings and beginning a formal education.

We also expose students to the Hope Curriculum, an interactive, gamified, instructor-led program that goes beyond the curriculum of their school and covers subjects like body positivity, confidence, financial literacy, communication skills, and social skills that promote overall development.

  • HopeCitizen

This program, which marks the pinnacle of the Hope Student to Hope Citizen journey, offers our female students the undergraduate and graduate assistance and direction they require to finish their formal education and embark on a career path that aligns with their interests, aspirations, and abilities.

  • USIRU for Economic Empowerment

This program, which focuses on female children who have lost one or both of their parents to COVID, aims to lessen their financial constraints and provide them with the resources they require to live a life of dignity and pleasure.

With the Usiru program, we make sure that a lack of resources doesn't become a barrier to their development and progress by offering scholarships and cash support for groceries, among other things.
