Impact
Saamuhika Shakti's impactful work has resulted in training 7,293 waste pickers and their family members on life skills and vocational skills, reaching 5.1 million residents in Bengaluru through the "Invaluables" campaign, forming collectives for 1,274 waste pickers and their family members, providing clean drinking water and sanitation facilities to 3,974 people from waste picking communities, assisting in 4,150 successful social security applications, and enabling 9,513 children from waste picker communities to access quality basic education.
