GRAVIS has directly impacted over 1.8 million people across 2,000 villages, establishing over 4,000 community-based organizations and constructing over 15,000 rainwater harvesting structures to improve water access.

Vision and Mission

GRAVIS believes in Gandhian philosophy of ‘Sarvodya’ that means all have to rise but the poorest one first and ‘Gram Swaraj’ that means village self rule when working with the village communities. It helps them to gain more ownership and control over the village environment, institutions and become self-reliant.
