The Collective Good Foundation (CGF) focuses on fostering sustainable impact by developing ecosystems and offering project implementation support to companies and social organisations across various cause areas. CGF collaborates closely with Samhita to enhance sector capacity and undertake scalable projects, aiming to achieve positive social impact.

Conducted collaboratively, a CNA study involves community stakeholders in assessing both needs and resources and determining the feasibility of initiatives to address specific social problems. Samhita-CGF employs an action-oriented, multi-stakeholder approach for community needs assessments, focusing on socio-economic profiling, evaluating current service provisions, identifying projects to address gaps, and assessing intervention feasibility. These assessments showcase an organisation's commitment to responsible corporate citizenship, ensuring CSR initiatives align with local communities' unique challenges and aspirations for more targeted and responsive interventions.

The evolution of CSR has shifted from a strategic role, maximizing economic and social potential per unit of expenditure, to a catalytic force driving long-term, sustainable social transformation.
