Empowerment Coaching for Facilitators Programme
Tata Strive offers the Empowerment Coaching for Facilitators (ECF) programme, which aims to develop coaching skills in facilitators working in the skill development industry. The program focuses on enhancing the quality of conversations with youth and bringing sustainable behavioural change. Facilitators transition from mentoring and counselling to a coaching approach, building self-awareness and a sense of responsibility. The programme covers various modules, using adult learning principles and experiential methods. It includes classroom training, supervised practice, on-the-ground experience, and mentor coaching sessions. The programme is delivered in two formats, with a pre-workshop stage for data gathering and setting expectations.
