    Through its Skill Development Centres, Tata Strive offers a curated range of certificate courses. Tata STRIVE courses offer a comprehensive blend of domain-specific and soft skills, focusing on personal development and employability. The courses follow a scientific selection process to match learners' interests with suitable courses. The instructional methodology accommodates different learning styles, fostering immersive learning and collaborative engagement. The assessment strategy incorporates feedback for continuous improvement. The courses feature ideal batch sizes for effective interaction, highly experienced trainers, industry-standard curriculum, progressive learning, hands-on practical training, field visits, and on-the-job training. Guest lectures from industry experts are included, emphasizing future skills, self-esteem, communication, decision-making, and workplace skills.

  • Empowerment Coaching for Facilitators Programme

    Tata Strive offers the Empowerment Coaching for Facilitators (ECF) programme, which aims to develop coaching skills in facilitators working in the skill development industry. The program focuses on enhancing the quality of conversations with youth and bringing sustainable behavioural change. Facilitators transition from mentoring and counselling to a coaching approach, building self-awareness and a sense of responsibility. The programme covers various modules, using adult learning principles and experiential methods. It includes classroom training, supervised practice, on-the-ground experience, and mentor coaching sessions. The programme is delivered in two formats, with a pre-workshop stage for data gathering and setting expectations.
