For Full-Time Hires, individuals create profiles, search for jobs, undergo internal screening, participate in the interview process, and get hired by companies. Performers create profiles, which are reviewed before being visible to organisations. Upon receiving a request, it finalizes contracts, completes the work, and receives secure payment and reviews. Similarly, Artists create profiles, which are reviewed before filling out artwork detail forms. Their artwork is displayed on a separate website page, where clients can browse and purchase directly, enabling secure payment and reviews for the artists.
