Alongside Aastrika Sphere and Aastrika Midwifery Centre, it supports initiatives and organisations working in this field.

Aastrika Sphere, a digital platform by Aastrika Foundation, is designed to drive systemic change in maternal health. It acts as a hub for sharing best practices, ideas, and solutions, fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders. With a vast e-learning library, it empowers individuals to learn and enables organisations to create top-notch training content. Aastrika Sphere addresses the issue of insufficient High Quality, Respectful Maternity Care through online courses and digital collaborations.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Aastrika Foundation contributed PPE (personal protective equipment) kits to the Government of Karnataka's Health Department. These kits were specifically allocated for use in maternity wards, ensuring the safety of healthcare workers and expectant mothers. This donation aimed to support the ongoing efforts to combat the pandemic and protect the well-being of those involved in maternal care during this challenging time.
