Singaji Nivedita Girls Scholarship
The main objective of this programme is to empower women and create a ripple effect of positive change. As part of this initiative, scholarships of INR 31,500 per candidate will be awarded to 16 meritorious women to pursue a 3-year undergraduate degree at partner institutions. The scholarship covers various educational expenses, including conveyance, tuition fees, uniform fees, and more.
The selection process for these scholarships involves a written test and interview, ensuring that deserving candidates are chosen based on their academic merit and potential. Once selected, these scholars will serve as representatives of their respective villages, becoming role models and sources of inspiration for many more boys and girls within their communities. -
Youth Leadership Development Programme

This programme is implemented in rural Bihar, where high school girls receive comprehensive leadership training over three years. This training aims to equip them with the necessary skills to collaborate effectively with other stakeholders such as parents and teachers. Through engaging activities like storytelling, critical thinking, and problem-solving, these high school students actively contribute to the development of primary students. 5,000 students have already witnessed the impact of this initiative, and the programme aims to reach and benefit a remarkable 400,000 students by its completion.

This programme is runs in Shoolagiri block of Krishnagiri, which has one of the highest drop out rates of girl students after grade 8 and consequent child marriage. The primary objective of this programme is to encourage girls for higher education and attempt to reduce the number of child marriages through education. 100 young girl have been supported by weekend coaching, lifestyle training, and wellness training.

Aims to address the issue of the shortage of health centres in rural areas. Conducts focused work in two blocks of the Una district of Himachal Pradesh: Gagret and Bangana. The first phase has already benefited more than 1,00,000 people, through general health camps and specialized health camps.
This programme has a Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) with a doctor and has set up 5 Luminous Village Health Centres to widen its scope of service delivery. It also conducts health and hygiene workshops, school camps, life skill workshops, distributes free over-the-counter medicines (OCM), etc. -
Luminous Udayan Shalini Fellowship Programme (LUSFP)
The primary objective of this programme is to empower women through education, instilling them with confidence and a sense of social responsibility. Scholarships are provided to meritorious girls from economically disadvantaged backgrounds who have completed their 10th grade. This initiative aims to address the financial barriers that would otherwise hinder their access to higher education, thus facilitating a smooth transition from secondary school to college.
In addition to financial support, the programme offers training in soft skills, career guidance, goal setting, personality development, and social commitment. These components are designed to shape the participants into empowered women or "Shalinis" who are not only educated but also equipped with the necessary skills and mindset to excel in their personal and professional lives. 3200 Shalinis have already benefited from the programme, and 3,000 more stand to gain LUSFP’s assistance. -
PANKH
An endeavour to generate employment opportunities for our youth population. This project aims to provide formal skill training so that eligible youth can be trained as Assistant Electrician Technician or Solar Panel Technician. Training and syllabus, both theoretical and practical, comply with NSDC stipulated standards and curriculum. Candidates who meet the selection criteria are selected for the 3-month long training. After the training, a Centre Manager plays the role of Market Linkage Coordinator to facilitate placements in the local market. Luminous will thus help the youth with quality skilling and subsequent employment.

It has set up solar lighting in Baddi, 200 lights in 43 villages and benefited 8200 people. Electrification done in 9 remote villages of Manipur and Arunachal Pradesh.
