Shiksha Vimarsh, a bimonthly Hindi magazine by Digantar, fosters dialogue on education, bridging theory and practice. It covers various issues related to educational thought, policies, case studies, and research. The magazine aims to engage educators and students in discussions for improving quality education. Although its reach is limited, it has gained recognition among serious educators. The magazine's history dates back to 1998, responding to the need for serious educational literature in Hindi and the demand for dialogue on important educational issues amidst national-level programs and policies. The goal is to sustain and enhance its impact by becoming more accessible and responsive to readers, connecting theory with real-world experiences for a balanced and critical understanding of education policy and practices.

The Resource Support Unit (TRSU) at Digantar is responsible for coordinating and supporting various programmes. It handles logistical arrangements for visitors, training participants, and workshops. TRSU manages organizational resources like computers, libraries, and stores, while also assisting in recruitment and maintaining campus facilities. Weekly meetings allow for reflection, problem-solving, and continuous improvement to ensure the organisation's smooth functioning.

TARU was established to address the need for academic support in the field of elementary education. As the academic resource support unit of Digantar, it offers expertise in philosophy, pedagogy, teacher training, and research studies. TARU's aim is to provide academic support and initiate educational dialogue, contributing to the development of a knowledge base for better quality education.
