RAAY Foundation launched its Rural Redevelopment Project with the aim of empowering marginalized and vulnerable groups in villages. The project was initiated on the 25th of May 2019, with the inauguration of a Community Center at Moryacha Pada in Ambarnath. This center became a central hub for around 400 villagers, serving as a place for celebrations, meetings, and camps.
Following the successful completion of the community center, the foundation extended its support to the village by constructing a school shed covering an area of approximately 250 sq. ft. Additionally, they took up the responsibility of maintaining the village water tank, carrying out internal and external plastering, as well as waterproofing measures.

RAAY Foundation's education intervention began in 2015, driven by the belief that the progress of a nation hinges on the widespread availability of education. The foundation offers financial aid in the form of scholarships to students pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees. RAAY recognizes that investing in the education of the youth yields significant returns that benefit both the individual students and contribute to the overall economic growth of the country.
RAAY Foundation provides support to students who would otherwise remain untapped potential in the workforce due to a lack of financial backing. By intervening at the higher education and skill development levels, the foundation aims to create a skilled and educated workforce that can contribute to the country's economic growth.
RAAY Foundation collaborates with local NGOs to offer tuition classes for children.

RAAY Healthcare Initiative is an intervention that is aimed to support low-income communities gain access to public healthcare system. The pilot healthcare program was launched in partnership with Lokmanya Tilak General Municipal Hospital, Sion in April 2021.
RAAY foundation works with the team of community development officers at Lokmanya hospital to provide support in surgical intervention, treatment, investigation, rehabilitation, and medical aid.
It has collaborated with Roti Bank Mumbai to work towards addressing hunger in the slums. Since the onset of the pandemic, RAAY foundation has conducted food distribution drives every month to provide meals to the children in need. Their efforts have benefitted 2,000 children, ensuring not only tasty food but also essential nutrition.

Raay Foundation, in partnership with Chilume, is dedicated to creating a supportive environment for women to make autonomous decisions concerning their well-being and society. Their focus is on empowering and uplifting marginalized communities, particularly women, by providing them with opportunities for livelihood generation and improved quality of life.
As part of this project, 150 deprived women are connected with banks through Self Help Groups (SHGs) after receiving comprehensive training. The training covers capacity building, life skills, entrepreneurship development, beautician skills, tailoring, and more. By equipping these women with essential skills and knowledge, the foundation aims to boost their self-confidence, promote livelihood growth, and foster empowerment.

The RAAY Foundation Center for Special Needs was founded in June 2015 with the mission of offering comprehensive support to underprivileged children with special needs. The center is dedicated to providing high-quality services that cater to the unique requirements of children with disabilities.
In addition to focusing on the children's well-being, the center also seeks to empower caregivers and families by providing them with the necessary resources and knowledge to better understand and cope with their children's conditions. Parenting or caring for a child with a disability requires ongoing encouragement and active involvement from family members, and the center aims to facilitate this process.
The project encompasses a range of disabilities, including hearing and visual impairments, autism and learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, and neurodevelopmental delays.
