Our commitment extends to launching skill development programs for the youth of Jammu & Kashmir. In Assam, the foundation envisions collaborating with the National Institute of Design to innovate new designs, fostering entrepreneurship among artisans, and creating an online platform for handicraft products. The approach revolves around three core pillars: e-enablement of digital business capabilities, empowerment through education and training, and consolidation of e-resources. It facilitates the establishment of a common digital platform for businesses' digital payment and e-business capabilities, aligning with national initiatives like Skill India, Startup India, and Digital India. This platform serves as an additional resource for central government programs in skills development and entrepreneurship, benefiting entrepreneurs and businesses across the region. Various national programs like Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushal Yojana (DDURPM) and PMKVY can be piloted and implemented based on sectors. Ultimately, the foundation identifies the aspirations of youth in terms of skill development and provides training tailored to their ambitions. It urges the respective states to appoint Grameen Pragati Foundation as a registered trainer for delivering training in the areas mentioned above or as per the specific requirements and agreements of the state. Grameen Pragati collaborates with corporations to implement their CSR initiatives. It offers comprehensive CSR services such as CSR policy formulation and guidance, conducting need and baseline assessments, conceptualizing projects, executing projects at the grassroots level, monitoring and evaluation, CSR reporting, and conducting social audits and impact assessments. The approach emphasizes innovation and sustainability, which are seamlessly integrated into all the projects to address both business and community requirements.
