The Trust extends aid to those facing sudden income loss due to COVID-19, providing basic essentials and food supplies to families in need. Moreover, it now extends its support to destitute senior citizens in the streets of Tiruchirappalli district, addressing their sustenance and medical needs.

Medical Welfare Programme
StateThe Trust supports medical institutions and provides aid for medical treatment to the needy. It establishes and manages Hospitals, Primary Health Centers, and Medical Health Camps for public welfare, focusing on village sanitation, health, and maternity services. It promotes awareness through blood donation, eye donation, and free health camps, emphasizing good health practices, sanitation, and a clean environment. Additionally, it conducts first aid classes, hygiene programmes, free eye camps, drug de-addiction initiatives, AIDS awareness, and dengue eradication programmes.

Social Welfare and Environment Programme
StateThe Trust aids in establishing and maintaining facilities like old age homes, orphanages, youth clubs, sports clubs, libraries, and child and women welfare centres. It focuses on improving amenities such as dharmasalas, bathing ghats, cremation grounds, public toilets, environmental and natural parks, and water supply through bore wells, tube wells, and water works. It also engages in lake, river, and canal maintenance, removing harmful elements like plastics. It promotes tree planting and a plastic-free environment, provides 'annadhanam' and safe drinking water during festivals and at public places, and supports urban and rural poor with essential services. Additionally, it extends aid to the physically and mentally handicapped and offers relief during natural calamities.
