Kshetra is an initiative aimed at building a societal muscle for dialogue, towards multiple outcomes including conflict transformation, collaborative Read moreproblem solving and community mobilisation and building culture and systems that foster dialogue as a default way of doing things. The Dialogic Method is a multidisciplinary framework that draws from Mediation, Psychology and Systems thinking. Key principles of the framework include value creation (as opposed to value distribution), emphasis on non-binary perspectives and the importance of self-determination and participation of stakeholders as essential to generating sustainable outcomes. The organisation delivers its work through partner organisations working in various domain areas, with whom it co-creates and customises each of its deliveries and offerings. It equips partners with the capacity to independently use the Dialogic Method as a part of its work. It is an independent entity funded by Rohini Nilekani Philanthropies.
