About

Jain Social Group Educon is a registered charitable trust launched in April 2012 under the umbrella of Jain Social Group International Federation (JSG Read more-IF) Maharashtra Region, with the aim of providing financial and non-financial support to needy and deserving students from any segment of society until they reach their career goals.


Action

Educon supports students of any caste and creed from 8th standard onwards till their career point, bearing part of their education expenses such as college fees, hostels, coaching, entrance exams, books, and other related educational costs.

Educon has supported hundreds of needy students across various academic fields including Engineering, Medical, CA, CS, Law, MBA, Pharmacy, Nursing, Fine arts, I.T., and Post graduation, with many of their students now working in reputable companies and giving back to the Educon cause.

The vision of Educon is encapsulated in their tagline 'P.R.I.D.E. thru EduCon' (Proudly Realising Individual's Dream of Education), with a mission to extend both financial and non-financial support to very needy and deserving students of any segment of society till their career point.

Milestones & Track Record

Educon was registered as 'Jain Social Group Educon' in 2015 under the Public Charitable Trust Act Mumbai 1950, and as of 2016, 15 students of Educon had reached their career point with all committing to donate back to the organization.
