In the face of concerning unemployment rates and low labour force participation, the organisation equips individuals with alternative skills, particularly in rural areas where poverty prevails. Established in 1998, it focuses on transformative skill training, attitudinal shifts, and income generation, certifying 1.25 million participants across 18 states in various sectors over 24 years. With plans to train over 2 lakh individuals in Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Telangana, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Uttar Pradesh this fiscal year, Yuva Parivartan remains dedicated to positive change. Additionally, it leads an Integrated Rural Development Programme, addressing multifaceted challenges in Maharashtra's Palghar and Gadchiroli districts, from agriculture to public health.
