COMMIT2CHANGE operates the C2C Tech Lab and equips young girls with essential coding and entrepreneurial skills through advanced technology training. It fosters leadership, problem-solving, and ambitions, originally inspired by Nawneet Ranjan's efforts in major slums. This IT curriculum breaks the poverty cycle by uniting girls and offering future job opportunities, benefitting families and communities. Around 82% of girls develop a stronger interest in education, 83% aim to graduate high school, and nearly all express enthusiasm for STEM fields. The Tech Lab also boosts confidence and maturity, as noted by teachers.

The organization COMMIT2CHANGE introduced the Tutoring Programme in 2013, aiming to support girls in continuing their education beyond the 10th grade, a pivotal point for their academic journey. These girls come from deeply marginalized backgrounds, having faced distressing experiences of abuse, prostitution, rape, and poverty. These traumatic circumstances often lead to depression and hinder their access to education. Many struggle with illiteracy or lag behind in their studies. The programme addresses this by providing proficient tutors in English, Science, and Math. Despite the challenges they encounter, these tutors help the girls unlock their remarkable academic potential and bridge the learning gap. The results are promising: an impressive 98% of the girls benefiting from the tutoring programme sustain enrollment in secondary school or college.
