Crisis Intervention Services
Its Crisis Intervention Services encompass a 24/7 helpline called Dhwani, which provides immediate assistance, safety planning, and referrals. Additionally, the Udhayam initiative collaborates with local Women’s Police Stations to offer counselling and legal aid for women facing domestic violence. Another project, Vidiyal: Begin Anew, partners with a hospital burns ward to deliver medical and psycho-social help to female burn survivors. PCVC's Astitva provides an undisclosed emergency shelter for women and children in crisis, empowering them with choices for legal action, education, and employment. Lastly, its Smiles intervention aids child survivors by providing emotional support, psycho-social guidance, and education on healthy relationships.

Prevention Services
PCVC implements diverse prevention programmes. The Community Led Action Program with Police (CLAPP) focuses on enhancing women's safety in public spaces, a collaboration between PCVC and the US Consulate. 'Youth Unite' fosters meaningful dialogues among young individuals to cultivate their perspectives, emphasizing concepts like power, inclusion, justice, and equality. The Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (SHARP) initiative promotes workplace safety and respect through training in various settings. It plays a key role in 'Redrawing Resistance,' a collection of art and stories from South Asian women survivors and their allies. Additionally, the "We Can" campaign raises awareness about domestic violence, gender equality, and informed decision-making across India through events, workshops, and conversations.

Workplace Diversity & Inclusion Services
PCVC is actively engaged in promoting workplace diversity and inclusion. Collaborating with the U.S. Consulate General Hyderabad, PCVC's initiative 'From Legality to Cultural Change' emphasizes that addressing workplace violence requires not just interventions, but also cultural transformation. To facilitate increased participation of women and gender minority staff, it has designed an easily accessible audio-visual toolkit. This toolkit allows businesses to develop and implement policies fostering safe, respectful, and healthy work environments. The organisation provides workshops to effectively use the toolkit and create action plans, translating diversity and inclusion principles into workplace policies, practices, and culture. With dedicated episodes covering gender bias, social biases, queer biases, sexual harassment, and building healthy workplaces, PCVC offers Corporate Training Sessions to ensure workplaces prioritize employee well-being and inclusivity.
