Education is both the means as well as the end to a better life: the means because it empowers an individual to earn his/her livelihood and the end because it increases one's awareness on a range of issues – from healthcare to appropriate social behaviour to understanding one's rights

Programs

  • Education

    Bibharte is currently running two schools in Delhi NCR. It plans to launch online moral values classes for children, recognizing the importance of both academic and ethical growth, particularly for underprivileged individuals. Additionally, two new Bibharte Pathshala schools are being established in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. The educational initiatives encompass providing education to underprivileged students in slums, offering free books, stationery, and uniforms, educating on environmental issues, and organizing engaging activities such as street plays and puppet shows. It offers free computer education, self-defence training, art and craft workshops, physical education, and sports training.

  • Healthcare

    Bibharte conducts surveys of rural health centers across various states and aims to collaborate with the Health Ministry to ensure essential medical equipment availability. The foundation plans to establish permanent health checkup clinics in proximity to slums and rural areas, organizing health camps in villages, and managing necessary medical equipment for government health centers in rural areas. The organization also intends to arrange health checkup camps in different schools, both government and private, offering free health check-ups, medicine distribution, eye camps, orthopaedic camps, and personal monitoring by a team of expert doctors from Delhi.

  • Women empowerment

    Through Naari Raksharth awareness campaign, the foundation strives to boost women's confidence. It is dedicated to offering self-defense and self-motivation training to approximately 500,000 girls and women across various states (rural and urban areas). Currently, it has trained around 10,000 girls. The women empowerment initiatives encompass providing basic education in rural and slum areas, advocating for women's protection and self-awareness, offering physical training such as judo and karate for girls, distributing sanitary pads to women in urban and rural areas, and conducting free health check-ups for women.
