The organisation is committed to enhancing the well-being of senior citizens by offering medical services, poverty alleviation, income generation initiatives, and various activities aimed at improving their quality of life, with a focus on Delhi.

BJYM is dedicated to empowering girls and women, recognizing the persistent gender-based discrimination and various forms of physical and psychological abuse they face. From female foeticides and infanticides to sexual harassment, rape, and dowry-related atrocities, these social evils haunt women throughout their lives. BJYM's mission is to help girls and women recognize their inner strength and significance in society, striving to illuminate their lives with pride and dignity. The organisation is committed to enhancing their skills and providing relevant information to bolster their self-esteem, ultimately fostering a more empowered and respected position for girls and women in society.

BJYM serves as a vigilant guardian against any violations of human rights, liberties, and social justice. Its mission encompasses combating exploitation, injustice, corruption, atrocities, and wrongful acts.
