The organization's Read moreprimary focus revolves around educating children and providing essential healthcare services to women and the elderly. Their efforts extend to offering skill development training to empower young individuals to secure employment opportunities and even establish their own businesses, thereby fostering a life of dignity. Currently, the foundation collaborates with a dedicated group of over 100 volunteers and partners who contribute to various projects. The organization's core mission revolves around instilling hope in those who lack it and effecting transformative changes in the lives of all stakeholders, including staff, donors, volunteers, and partners. Guided by visionary objectives, the foundation acts as a catalyst for sustainable change across the life cycle of underprivileged children, youth, and women. Their commitment extends beyond social upliftment, encompassing the preservation and safeguarding of the environment through the launch of campaigns aimed at raising environmental awareness.

Home for orphans and aged
The organisation offers refuge to orphans, abandoned children, runaways, victims of child trafficking, offspring of sex workers, and underprivileged slum children, ensuring their well-being and safety. Additionally, it also provides shelter and essential care for needy, vulnerable, and abandoned elderly individuals, guaranteeing their welfare, safety, and access to basic amenities.

The organisation offers medical assistance to underprivileged individuals who lack access to advanced healthcare and struggle with the financial burden of medical expenses. It also provides free medical treatments for the need in its multi facility hospital.

The goal is to empower underprivileged individuals, enabling them to become employable, gain self-worth, and lead dignified, productive, and fulfilling lives. The organisation provides free skill development training across various sectors to facilitate this empowerment. Additionally, it also supports women in establishing their own tailoring units, assist with the procurement of raw materials, and help them sell finished products. It collaborates with garment factories to supply ready-made garments and partners with the social welfare department for school uniform distribution. Recognizing the high demand for computer-trained professionals in Behala and surrounding districts of South 24 Parganas, the organisation has launched a computer education project as part of the skills development initiative.
