This innovative initiative focuses on creating a cadre of community workers through an online learning and certification programme, aimed at promoting financial literacy and inclusion at the grassroots level. The programme includes mobile-based learning in regional languages, offering engaging content, both theoretical and practical. Launched in June 2018, GramShakti leverages CRISIL Foundation's expertise in training Sakhis in Assam and Rajasthan and financial health workers in Haryana and Maharashtra.
