  • Nutrition Programme

    Naik Foundation's core focus is on addressing hunger and malnutrition in India. It provides nutritious meals to school children through partnerships with the Governments of Maharashtra and Gujarat. Currently, the Foundation serves approximately 15,000 schoolchildren in Maharashtra and 70,000 schoolchildren in Gujarat, preparing these meals in advanced, ISO-certified kitchens in Bhiwandi and Navsari. A fleet of 42 vehicles distributes these meals daily to schools within a 100-kilometer radius. Beyond school meals, the Foundation extends its support by providing meals to brick kiln workers, offering food provisions to ashram schools, and participating in the Annapurna program for labourers in collaboration with the Government of Gujarat.

  • Life is Beautiful Camps Programme

    The Naik Foundation's "Life is Beautiful Camps" are a prominent programme designed to provide life exposure, confidence-building, and self-realization opportunities to participants at no cost. These camps have been conducted extensively, benefiting over 50,000 participants across Maharashtra and Gujarat in durations ranging from 3 to 10 days, with both residential and non-residential formats. The programme aims to create an environment conducive to mental development, fostering receptiveness to various sessions. Its core objective is to introduce participants to a higher quality of life and empower them to be their best selves. These camps, held at the Foundation's campuses in Maharashtra and Gujarat, include character-building exercises, yoga, mindfulness, and recreational activities. Additionally, the Foundation organized specialized 3-day Awareness Retreat Camps for adolescent girls, equipping them with essential life skills and knowledge, benefiting over 8,000 girls.

  • Skill Development Programme

    Naik Foundation empowers individuals through skill development, offering hospitality training with modern facilities for careers in the hospitality industry. It conducts free vocational workshops covering various skills in Maharashtra and Gujarat, along with tailored programmes for specific needs. Additionally, it empowers women with home science skills, enabling employment or self-employment. Over 32,000 women have benefited, receiving ongoing support for job opportunities and business guidance.

  • Community Education Programme

    The Naik Foundation is dedicated to community education, aiming to provide knowledge and learning opportunities in semi-urban and rural areas. It operates "Knowledge-on-Wheels" vehicles, fully equipped with modern amenities, visiting schools and villages in rural regions. These vehicles offer a comprehensive school day, starting with yoga and icebreaker games, followed by reading and basic computer education. Personality development sessions are also part of the curriculum. Each vehicle has a trained teacher and is equipped with computers, an extensive collection of educational materials, and audiovisual tools. Additionally, the Foundation has established public libraries in Bhiwandi and Navsari, spanning 3000 sq. ft. and 4000 sq. ft. respectively, housing extensive book collections open to all for access and learning.

  • Community Support Programme

    The Naik Foundation actively engages in community support initiatives, focusing on reproductive and primary healthcare, education, and infrastructure development to complement civic efforts for sustainable development and resource mobilization. It promotes awareness among local communities regarding hygiene and cleanliness through visual aids, posters, and guided documentaries. The Foundation conducts health check-up camps, constructs independent toilet facilities, and establishes biogas plants. Furthermore, it provides spaces for various community activities, including welfare programmes, yoga and meditation sessions, computer classes, vocational courses, and workshops, fostering holistic community development.
