Sampark Sathi Foundation is an only aggregator in India that bridges the gap between people and NGOs/government institutions in order to solve individ Read moreual, group, and community problems. People from disadvantaged backgrounds do not have access to resources or services provided by various government and non-governmental organizations. In general, NGOs reach out to individuals, but individuals have never had the ability to reach out to NGOs. Underprivileged persons can now use this platform to reach out and voice their concerns in the thematic areas of health, education, human rights, government welfare schemes and skill and livelihood. We at the Sampark Sathi Foundation believe that everyone should be able to voice their concerns rather than wait for NGOs to approach them. We ensure that the daily concerns we receive are instantly resolved thanks to our extensive network of NGOs and volunteers.
Issue
In India, the main problem is lack of awareness and accessibility. No matter how many products we build or how many services you create for people in the underserved communities, the main task is to reach out to the right citizen who can actually benefit from those services in a consistent and sustainable manner. The CSO of India states there are around four NGOs for every 1,000 people in urban areas. There are many welfare services available for the underprivileged through various NGOs and governmental institutions but these sections of the population are not only unaware but they also don't have access to reach out and avail these resources.
Action
We get problems/concerns from the slum areas across thematic areas of health, education, human rights, skill and livelihood, govt welfare schemes. When we receive these problems we collaborate with the NGOs or Government Institutions that have expertise in that particular problem and in between are the volunteers/sathis who take up each problem and manage the case. In this manner, we are able to resolve multiple problems across all thematic areas, and age groups in a quick manner. We at the Sampark Sathi Foundation believe that everyone should be able to voice their concerns rather than wait for NGOs to approach them.
