Little Flower Mercy Home provides shelter and care for 130 mentally disabled men, with limited facilities including inadequate bedding and sanitation. They lack proper sleeping arrangements, bathroom facilities, and dining areas, relying on outdoor spaces for daily activities. To improve conditions, donations are sought to renovate the facilities, provide new bedding, construct bathrooms, establish a dining area, implement solar energy and rainwater storage, and create an on-site hospital facility. The estimated cost for these improvements is 1,600,000 INR, and contributions from individuals, groups, or companies would greatly aid in enhancing the men's quality of life and mental stability.

Ladies' Home

Little Flower Mercy Home accommodates 45 ladies, who reside on the ground floor of the Girls' Home. Staff supervision is constant, especially when the girls are away at school. The ladies share sleeping quarters and have access to separate kitchen facilities. Most of them suffer from mental health issues and receive medication; however, they engage in various activities like kitchen tasks, laundry, gardening, and sewing classes to foster independence. While currently housed in the same facility as the girls, there are plans to construct a separate block for the ladies due to Government regulations, requiring additional funding support for the project's completion.
