The building includes classrooms, a dining hall, a shared sleeping hall, a kitchen, a small office, and a playground. Facilities provided to blind students include free boarding and lodging, Braille-based teaching by trained educators, free medical check-ups, recreational amenities like radio and television, and instruction in the local language. The school has seven trained teachers and five non-teaching staff, ensuring students receive study materials, food, clothing, shelter, and utensils at no cost. Additionally, vocational training programs focus on skills such as weaving, chair caning, bag and foot mat creation, candle making, and musical instrument training to encourage self-employment.
