Established in 1982 as a charitable social service trust, People's Trust has adopted poor 18 villages for all-around village development including, ed Read moreucation, health and sanitation, early child care and youth development, women empowerment, and micro-enterprise development impacting a total of 2,800 families. TREP (Total Residential Education Program) is one of the education programs of People's Trust providing free residential value-based, devotional, life-skills training to poor and needy students from 6th to 10th std. The objective of TREP is to empower rural, underprivileged children with holistic education which instils in them self-confidence, integrity, strong character, a sense of gratitude, respect, and service to society.

  • Health & Sanitation

    The community can avail of several dispensary services from The Peoples Trust. This is an exhaustive list:

    Referral programmes for more advanced medical care.
    Frequent special camps for cancer diagnosis, family planning, dentistry, eye exams and operations for IOL (Intra Ocular Lens) installation, ENT, etc.,
    Community education on health and hygiene.
    Services related to reproductive child health include prenatal, intranatal, and postnatal care; they also address reproductive tract infections, adolescent problems, guardian issues, child health, and family welfare.
    Children should receive health screenings and information in schools.
    ANC screening, immunisation, and TT for expectant moms.
    Awareness of issues such as AIDS, teenage issues, breastfeeding, first aid, ORT, ARI, and the negative effects of alcohol and tobacco use,
    Training to ensure safe home deliveries for Local Dais (midwives).
    Children: deworming, vitamin A, pulse polio.

  • Early Child Care & Youth Development

    The Peoples Trust thinks it's critical to comprehend the phases of a child's growth. Prenatal (from conception to delivery) and neonatal (from birth to two weeks) development are among them. - Tri-psychological to biological, Early childhood (2 to 6 years) and infancy (2 weeks to 2 years): the shift from relative function to psychosocial control - The preschool years, acquires control over surroundings, makes social adjustments, picks up language, speaks, consumes solid food, and grows up with a conscience.

    23 preschool centres were established to support formal preschool education for kids ages 2 to 6.
    Play equipment, both indoors and outdoors, is available to help children develop their physical and mental skills.
    utilising a thorough thematic approach to educate kids for their social, mental, physical, and psychological growth as well as language acquisition.
