The Sneha Charitable Trust (SCT) organises social and community healthcare services for disadvantaged populations in India, following the guidance of Read morethe Camillians, an international faith-based organisation with a 450-year history in healthcare. Prioritizing holistic healthcare, SCT focuses on marginalized groups such as People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLHA), the destitute, and mentally and physically challenged children. Its activities include providing quality healthcare, vocational rehabilitation, and job placement, in collaboration with both national and international programmes. SCT provides comprehensive healthcare services with an emphasis on maintaining dignity and improving the quality of life for the sick. Its mission involves offering compassionate support to the terminally ill and promoting community and palliative care for PLHA. Through centres like Snehadaan and Sneha Care Home, SCT fights against HIV stigma, offering care to over 600 individuals across various locations. Additionally, through initiatives like Sneha Kids' Home and vocational training programs, SCT offers extensive support to vulnerable children, aiming to ensure they have a dignified present and a hopeful future. As part of its expansion efforts, SCT is building a home for destitute and challenged children in Hyderabad, while also remaining actively involved in outreach, blood donation, and occupational rehabilitation efforts.
