Trickle Up's methodology empowers women to break free from severe impoverishment by offering training and guidance in future planning, establishing pr Read moreofitable enterprises, fostering savings through group initiatives, and facilitating access to entitlements. Upon completing our programme, participants achieve sustainable incomes, ensuring the well-being of their families and enabling their children's education, while also gaining amplified influence within their households and communities. Additionally, we collaborate with governments and partners to enhance their capacity in identifying and assisting highly marginalized households, offering avenues for escaping extreme poverty. Moreover, we adapt and integrate our established economic development strategy to enhance resilience against destabilizing factors such as the Covid-19 pandemic and the escalating impact of climate change-induced erratic weather patterns.

Poverty Eradication Programme
Extreme poverty extends beyond financial constraints, encompassing social isolation and marginalization. It affects 650 million individuals worldwide, characterized by hunger, instability, and heightened vulnerability. Discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, and disability perpetuates this cycle across generations. Women play a pivotal role in breaking this cycle, investing in their families and communities. Trickle Up Foundation addresses these challenges by empowering women with assets and agency, fostering savings and solidarity groups, and providing opportunities for skill-building and market access. Through these initiatives, women cultivate resilience, transform their lives, and uplift entire communities.

Refugees & Displacement Programme
Trickle Up Foundation pioneered the adaptation of the Graduation Approach for refugees and internally displaced persons in 2006. Collaborating with UNHCR and PRM, it extends technical assistance and support to pilot projects in multiple nations. As a founding member of the Poverty Alleviation Coalition, Trickle Up contributes to enhancing self-reliance and socio-economic inclusion for refugees and host community members through Graduation programmes.
