Focused on ages 5 to 18, the home prioritises children's rights, ensuring they have access to necessities like nutritious food, clean water, healthcare, education, and a sanitary environment. Education takes place at the GOS Lady Nye Special Hr. Secondary School on-site, employing a comprehensive approach encompassing academic studies and extracurricular pursuits such as spoken English, robotics, arts, sports, and music. Upholding the Child Protection Policy, decisions concerning the children are made collectively, with regular health assessments and a well-balanced diet overseen by a paediatrician. The organisation extends support to children beyond Grade 12, facilitating scholarships, higher education, vocational training, and job placements, nurturing self-reliance and autonomy. Through collaboration with various stakeholders, including governmental and corporate bodies, GOS aims to cultivate self-sufficient, resourceful, and accountable individuals through sustainable welfare and developmental initiatives.
